When you sign up, we give you a bundle of free credits. You can connect your channels, test AI conversations, and experience the full power of ALB FrontDesk AI without entering any payment details. When you are ready, you choose a plan and pay only for what you use.

Credits are consumed only when a conversation is completed by the AI assistant or when automated outbound campaigns are sent. Channel setup, staff configuration, and Google Calendar sync are unlimited.
